Built around the continuous-duty needs of livestock ventilation.
Livestock housing ventilation is a continuous load: airflow follows house temperature and stocking density, changing operating point many times a day. A fixed-frequency induction scheme commonly approximates demand by switching units, while an integrated EC system can provide continuous speed control. Usable low-speed torque and continuous-duty range still require controller and thermal-limit confirmation.

Key duty parameters
Of the available Rasta material, only this application retains four test points. The sample table shows airflow falling and tabulated power rising as static pressure increases. It records this test and is not a universal rule for every fan or product.

58-inch fan, four static-pressure points
| Static Pa | rpm | Flow m³/h | Power W | Eff. |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | 746 | 71,635 | 1,730 | 41.17 |
| 50 | 746 | 60,444 | 2,360 | 25.56 |
| 75 | 745 | 50,865 | 2,600 | 19.37 |
| 100 | 745 | 42,144 | 2,750 | 15.24 |
Unit correction
The source labels the power column kW. Airflow divided by power gives about 41.41 / 25.61 / 19.56 / 15.33, close in magnitude to the tabulated 41.17 / 25.56 / 19.37 / 15.24. This supports W as the likely unit but is not an exact match; the original unit and calculation basis require written factory confirmation before publication.
The sample is not the recommendation
The 2.2 kW / 750 rpm motor is the validation sample and sits in the EC80 power band. It records this negative-pressure test only and is not the selection answer for a 58-inch fan; the actual model must be selected against airflow, static pressure, impeller and installation conditions.
Equipment: 58-inch livestock negative-pressure axial fan; motor: 3-phase 380 VAC · 2.2 kW · 750 rpm. The source table comes from the legacy axial-fan page, re-checked 2026-09-19 with values unchanged. Instrument, test conditions, report date and sample information are pending.
Confirm the suitable model against the actual duty
The available material does not establish a verifiable match between a 58-inch fan duty point and any specific model, so neither EC100 nor EC112 is recommended yet. Selection requires the target duty point, impeller data, minimum speed and mounting form.
