Traceability from production materials to final assembly.

A quality system and production traceability are two different things: the first is an ISO 9001 certified management system with a certificate, a scope and an expiry date; the second is a per-machine record chain from raw material to assembly. Neither substitutes for product test reports.

Q-03Production traceability

From raw material to final assembly, traceable by scan

The corporate film records scan-based traceability from production materials through final assembly. Images of the traceability interface and QR-coded nameplate are still required.

CPhysical evidence pending

One of the following is needed from the factory: a redacted screenshot of the traceability system, or a close-up of a nameplate carrying the code. With it, this section moves from a claim to something a reader can see.

What the record covers also needs stating: material batches, key process parameters, inspection results, and how long records are kept.

Scope of quality-system and product certification

ISO 9001 certifies the management system behind "designing and producing permanent magnet motors": whether processes are controlled, records complete, and non-conforming product handled. It tests no individual motor's efficiency, ingress protection or electromagnetic compatibility.

So these three are still missing
