Only spec images from the legacy site exist locally; there is no editable specification file. This is the most blocking gap — all seven conflicting product fields depend on it.

Before any of this: three questions to settle first
- Whether the .com domain and host are still under our control — this decides whether item 00 is even possible
- Which domain the English site should live on — .com already has real search presence, and 301-redirecting it into a .cn subfolder would be a real loss of export-facing asset
- The five-version naming standard — with no fixed names, the SKU, URL and hreflang all stay blocked
Until these three are settled, everything below is provisional. Once they are, the nine D-graded fields across the three product tables have a path to resolution.
