INTEGRATED EC DRIVE / 01
Make the motor part of the ventilation system.
Permanent-magnet motor and control, integrated. Structure, speed control and real duty in one selection chain.
ABOUT RASTA
About us
Changzhou Rasta Electromotor Co., Ltd was founded in 2021 to develop and manufacture integrated permanent-magnet motors and controllers. For negative-pressure fans, vacuum pumps and related equipment, structure, control and real duty are considered as one engineering system.
PRODUCT RANGE
Three product series, one clear progression

EC80 / 2 versions
Two market versions in the EC80 product series with the same power band. For compact, low-power ventilation equipment needing local speed control.

EC100 / 2 versions
Two cooling structures; the choice depends on where the cooling airflow comes from. The workhorse product series of the mid-power band.

EC112 / 1 version
The largest product series offered, for high-volume negative-pressure fans. A single cooling structure.
CONTROL CHAIN
EC / PM / INTEGRATED CONTROL
Environmental, pressure or supervisory inputs turn real duty conditions into signals the controller can read.

STRUCTURE

One housing, three engineering paths
Fewer housing joints reduce sealing risks and simplify assembly.
Overall length decides the mounting envelope. On roof units and in-duct direct drives, where space is tight, this is a selection threshold.
An integrated machine puts the controller on the motor, where it takes the motor’s vibration and temperature rise. Potting addresses both at once.
GLOBAL MARKET
From Changzhou to ventilation markets worldwide
NEGATIVE PRESSURE DUTY
A sealed test space simulates negative-pressure ventilation to observe operation as static pressure changes. The recorded test range below is not a performance guarantee for every product.
NEWS CENTER
News and technical insight
Practical thinking from products and applications, covering cooling structures, real duties and motor design.

The EC100 comes in two versions differing in one respect: what cools the motor. The answer decides overall length, weight, and whether the machine can run slowly for long periods.

The poultry-house negative-pressure fan was chosen as the ultimate proving duty — not because the airflow is large, but because as pressure rises, power and cooling move in opposite directions.

A uniform air gap is usually discussed as an efficiency topic. On continuously running ventilation equipment it is more of a service-life topic.
